In my five years as a member of the Goodwin family, two as a manufacturing scientist and 3 as Downstream Operations Manager, the most important thing over the years has been the “can do” attitude of the entire team. From QA, QC, Process Development to Manufacturing, we continually step up to do what’s needed to complete a client’s project.
